Thanks for shopping at The Roaming Horse! We want you to love your purchase but understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item arrived damaged, bypass the following steps and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your issue and request a free return shipping label.
How to return your item:
1. Ship your item (via a method that provides a tracking number) to 1075 Locust St. Denver, CO 80220 and include your receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging.
2. Send an email to email@example.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- A shipment tracking number
- The reason for your return
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The timing of your credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The Roaming Horse shipping costs from original shipment are nonrefundable.
