Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Roaming Horse. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders that total $100 or more (before tax) and ship within the continental United States will receive free standard shipping when using promotional code SHIPFREE; this shipping discount cannot be combined with other offers. Customers who reside in or are shipping to the Greater Denver, Colorado area also have the option of free local delivery on any size order (no minimum dollar amount).
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Roaming Horse ships to physical addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot ship items to P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours upon shipping.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Roaming Horse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
In the event any of your products are damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com with a description of your issue and photos of the damaged packaging and products, which will aid in the claims process with the shipment provider. We will review your damage claim, and if accepted, The Roaming Horse will either replace your order (if items are in stock) or issue a refund if the product(s) are no longer available.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until we have responded to your damage claim.
International Shipping Policy
The Roaming Horse ships internationally, however customers outside of the continental United States will be responsible for 100% of shipping costs which will be calculated during checkout (i.e., international customers do not qualify for free or discounted shipping offers).
